Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Empress Gin
  • 3 oz. Soda Water
  • ½ oz. Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz. Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz. Blue Curaçao
  • Pearl Luster Dust
  • Fresh Rosemary

Directions:

  1. Add ice, luster dust, Empress Gin, soda water, and lemon juice to glass.
  2. Stir to combine and slowly top layer with blue curaçao.
  3. Place a spoon just under the first layer of liquid and pour an additional ½ oz of Empress Gin to top the drink.
  4. Garnish with rosemary.
