The Shamrock

Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Drumshanbo Gunpowder Gin
- 1 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz. Créme de Menthe
- Orange Zest Sugar Rimmer
Directions:
- In a cocktail shaker with ice add gin, lemon juice, and Creme de Menthe.
- Rim coupe glass with sugar rimmer and micro greens clover garnish.
- Shake well and strain into prepared glass.
