Pecan Pie Martini

Ingredients:
- 2 oz RumChata Liqueur
- 2 oz Creme de Cocoa Liqueur
- 1 oz Crown Royal Whisky
- 1 oz Half & Half
Directions:
- Put caramel and toasted chopped pecans on separate plates.
- Dip the rim of each glass first into caramel and then into chopped pecans.
- Combine RumChata, Creme de Cocoa, and Whisky in a cocktail shaker.
- Fill with ice and shake well.
- Pour into martini glasses and top with a dollop of whipped cream, a whole pecan, and a sprinkle of cinnamon
