Campfire Mule
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Knob Creek Smoked Maple Whiskey
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 oz pure maple syrup
- 4 oz ginger beer
- Garnish: marshmallows
Directions:
- Fill a rocks glass with ice.
- Add bourbon, lemon juice, and syrup and gently stir.
- Top off with ginger beer and stir again to combine.
- Toast marshmallow garnish with a blowtorch or directly over the flame of a gas stove.
- Thread marshmallows onto a stick and place on glass.
