Campfire Mule

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Knob Creek Smoked Maple Whiskey
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz pure maple syrup
  • 4 oz ginger beer
  • Garnish: marshmallows

Directions:

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
  2. Add bourbon, lemon juice, and syrup and gently stir.
  3. Top off with ginger beer and stir again to combine.
  4. Toast marshmallow garnish with a blowtorch or directly over the flame of a gas stove.
  5. Thread marshmallows onto a stick and place on glass.
